Chasteberry

The chaste tree aka chasteberry is traditionally used in western medicine for helping to regulate menstrual cycle, infertility, breast-milk production, acne, PMS symtpoms. Chaste berries help promote better hormonal regulation of the menstrual cycle, by raising progesterone levels. And is also helpful in reducing PMS symptoms; breast tenderness, irritability, lowered mood, headache, and acne. 

Chaste berries have also been shown to increase melatonin levels and may help reduce sleep deprivation.
