Organic chamomile flowers are aromatic and gentle, and known throughout for promoting relaxation and supporting digestive health. Topically it's a powerhouse herb with its anti-inflammatory and antiallergenic properties. It's very helpful when applied to irritated skin to soften and soothe. Chamomile is typically used for: relaxation-anxiety relief-digestive health-muscle spasms-nausea or vomiting-headache/migraine relief-irritated or inflamed skin conditions-menstrual cramping pains.
